Function:		#
Description:		# evaluates all arguments as vectors and combines them into a single vector.

Usage:	`z = #(x1, ... ,xn)`
Input:
	`x1 ... xn`	scalar
Output:
	`z`	n x 1 column vector containing x1 ... xn

Note:

with a single argument, #(x) is equivalent to reshape(x, prod(dim(x)).

Example:

#(10:7, 3, 4)'
