Function:		dlcall
Description:		dlcall calls a function defined in a dynamically linked library.

Usage:	`dlcall ({handle}, n, {x1, x2, ..., x12 })`
Input:
	`handle`	scalar (optional), handle of the dll to load the function from. If it is omitted in all dlls is searched for the function
	`n`	string, name of function
	`x1...x12`	array (optional), argument for the function
Output:
	`err`	scalar, result from the function

Note:

In contrast to other functions or procedures the objects are passed by reference. That means that the return values of the functions are available in this objects. They must be initialized before the call. It is possible to pass temporary objects (see example).

Example:

//for Unix h=dlopen("gplm.so") z=0 dlcall("gplmetabilo", 1|1|1,1,1,1,1,1,1,z) z
