Function:		==
Description:		== compares elementwise. If the elements are equal 1 is returned otherwise 0.

Usage:	`z = y == x`
Input:
	`x`	array
	`y`	array
Output:
	`z`	array

Note:

The operator == is equivalent to .== and .=

Example:

#(3,4) == #(3,2) #(3,4) .== #(3,4) #(6,9)' .= #(11,9)' x = #(1/0, -1/0, NaN, 0) x == x'
