Function:		/
Description:		/ is a operator for elementwise division of arrays.

Usage:	`z = y / x`
Input:
	`x`	n1 x n2 x ... x np array
	`y`	m1 x m2 x ... x mp array
Output:
	`z`	max(n1,m1) x max(n2,m2) x ... x max(np,mp) array

Note:

The operator / is equivalent to ./

Example:

(#(3,4)~#(1,2))/#(2,3)
