Description:		% is a operator for modulo division of arrays of matrices.

Usage:	`z = y % x`
Input:
	`x`	n1 x n2 x ... x np array
	`y`	m1 x m2 x ... x mp array
Output:
	`z`	max(n1,m1) x max(n2,m2) x ... x max(np,mp) array

Note:

z[k1,k2,....,kp] = x[k1%n1,k2%n2,...,kp%np] % y[k1%m1,k2%m2,...,kp%mp]

Example:

(#(3,4)~#(1,2))%#(2,3)
