Function:		insert
Description:		inserts an object to the specified position within a list.

Note:

Although it is allowed that a list can contain components with the same name, it is not recommended.

Example:

l = list(1, 2) insert(l, 2, 44) l

Result:

Contents of l.el1

[1,]        1
Contents of l.el2

[1,]       44
Contents of l.el2

[1,]        2
